Folklore #119
In your chart
The eighth house is death, inheritance, other people's money and everything private, and the Moon there is read as feeling all of it more than most.
It is the most uncomfortable of the twelve placements in traditional texts and the most interesting in modern ones: intensity, secrecy, an instinct for what somebody is hiding, and often a life marked early by a bereavement. Practitioners treat it as depth rather than doom, which is a modern softening worth naming as one.
