Folklore #262
The eight phases
Being born at full moon is read as a life lived in public, with the Sun and Moon opposite each other and nothing hidden. It is the most sought-after birth phase in modern practice.
The technical claim is just geometry: a full moon birth means Sun and Moon in opposite signs, which any chart shows. What the tradition adds is a personality reading, and it is worth saying that more babies are not born at full moon — that has been checked in datasets of millions and the birth rate is flat across the cycle.
