Moon in the signs
The nineteenth mansion is a bundle of torn-up roots, and it sits almost exactly on the centre of the Milky Way.
Its deity is Nirriti, goddess of dissolution, and its lord is Ketu. Mula means 'root' — getting to the bottom of something, by force if necessary. That it lands on the galactic centre is a coincidence the tradition did not know about and modern practitioners have enthusiastically adopted, which is worth saying out loud.
