Dispositor

The ruler of the sign a planet is in: Venus in Aries is “disposited” by Mars.

Following each planet to its sign's ruler, then that ruler's ruler, gives a chain. If one planet sits in its own sign at the end of every chain it is called the final dispositor. The site's v1 chart names rulers but does not draw dispositor chains.
