House ruler

Also called ruler of a house, lord of a house

The planet ruling the sign on a house's cusp, read as carrying that house's matters.

If the seventh house begins in Taurus, Venus rules it. Traditional astrologers put great weight on house rulers; the site names them but does not interpret them in v1.
