Also called contraparallel, declination aspects

Two bodies at the same declination (parallel) or equal and opposite declinations (contraparallel).

Some astrologers treat parallels like conjunctions and contraparallels like oppositions. They depend on declination, not zodiac longitude, and this site does not calculate them.
