Time-sensitive placement
A placement that changes somewhere inside the range of possible birth times.
If the birth time is only known to within an hour, the rising sign or a planet's house may be different at the two ends of that hour. This site calculates the chart at both ends and marks each such placement beside the result, instead of hiding the uncertainty in a footnote.
